Registration Information:

• Complete all necessary online registration before the 1st practice.

• A valid physical that happened after April 1, 2024 must also be submitted

• Girls and Boys will register for Middle School Wrestling – Girls will be able to practice and compete with girls only

Important Dates:

• • Parents Meeting: Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 4:30 at HHS Wrestling Room.
  • First Practice:  Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 2:50 PM (Meet outside of Door A at the middle school for a bus assignment) Be ready to practice on the 1st day of practice.
    • Practice Ends at 4:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and at 4:30 on Wednesdays (times may be subject to change). Parents please be on time for pick-up
  • No Practice, Oct. 30, 31
  • No Practice, Nov. 21, 26, 27, 28
  • Equipment Turn in: TBD

• Bi-State Program Sales – La Crosse Center: Dec. 29th, & 30th, please sign-up for a time slot.

Practice Location:

• • We will hold all of our practices at Holmen High School.
  • We will also hold our home meets at Holmen High School  
  • The Middle School Students will be assigned to a bus that will take them to the High School 
  • Parents will be required to pick up their children after practice at HHS by 4:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and by 4:30 on Wednesdays.

• Pick up by the entrance near the fine arts center – located in the parking lot to the east of Empire stadium.

• 152 State Qualifiers since 1982, 7 State Champions, 74 State Place Winners
• 13X Team State Participants 1995, 2004, 2005, 2010, 2011, 2012 (Semi-Finals) 2017 (Semi-Finals) 2018 (Runner-up) 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 (Runner-up) 2025 (Semi-Finals)

Practice Gear: Needed for the 1st day of practice

• • T-Shirt, Shorts, Spandex, or Sweatpants 
  • Wrestling Shoes
  • Head Gear (School can provide if student doesn’t have one)

• Personal Water Bottle 

• We have one of the largest and best girl’s wrestling program in the state and have reached honorable mention status in national rankings.
