These training sessions will introduce Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling skills. Practices will involve learning and mastering international style techniques and match tactics. Skills taught in this spring season WILL enhance your folkstyle wrestling and make you a more dangerous competitor.”

Where: Holmen High School Wrestling Room | 1001 McHugh Road
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm – 6:00 pm | March 25 – May 1st
